By accessing this website or engaging Integrity Collective for commissioned work or creative services, you agree to the following terms.
Project Requests
Clients may submit project requests through the website, by email, or through other direct communication. Requests should include a clear description of the project and any reference materials needed to complete the work.
Integrity Collective may request additional details to clarify the project scope before accepting a commission.
Quotes and Invoices
Each project is quoted individually based on factors such as project complexity, level of detail, time required, and any physical materials or shipping involved.
Once the scope of a project has been confirmed, an invoice may be issued for the commissioned work.
Work Commencement
Work typically begins after payment has been received or once payment arrangements have been confirmed.
Estimated completion times for most projects range from 3–7 days, depending on the complexity of the commission and current project workload.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project descriptions, reference materials, and communication necessary to complete the project.
Integrity Collective is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or lack of communication from the client.
Revisions
Reasonable revisions may be accommodated when appropriate and within the original project scope. Significant changes or additional requests may require a revised quote or additional time.
Shipping and Delivery
Completed work may be delivered digitally or shipped as a physical item depending on the nature of the project.
When physical shipments are required, delivery methods and shipping arrangements will be communicated with the client. Physical items are typically shipped with tracking.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon, Integrity Collective retains the right to display completed work as part of a portfolio or for promotional purposes.
Clients receive the commissioned work for personal or agreed-upon use unless separate licensing or commercial terms have been arranged.
Limitation of Liability
Integrity Collective makes reasonable efforts to deliver work consistent with the agreed project scope. However, Integrity Collective shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or products.
Changes to Services
Integrity Collective reserves the right to modify or update services, pricing ranges, or website information at any time.
