Integrity Collective produces custom commissioned work created specifically for each client.
Custom Projects
Because commissioned artwork is created according to each client’s individual request, projects are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Project Cancellation
If a project must be cancelled before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Damage
If a physical item arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and include photographs of the damage. In such cases, the item may be eligible for replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
