Integrity Collective – Shipping Policy
Integrity Collective provides custom commissioned artwork and project-based creative work. Depending on the project, completed work may be delivered digitally or as a physical item.
Digital Delivery
For projects delivered digitally, the completed artwork will be sent via email or secure download once the work has been finalized.
Physical Deliveries
When a project includes a physical item such as a printed artwork or other tangible product, the finished piece will be shipped upon completion using the customer’s requested shipping method whenever possible.
All physical shipments are sent with tracking. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and selected carrier.
Processing Time
Typical project completion time is 3–7 days, depending on the scope and complexity of the commission.
